1. Scope and controller
This policy applies to the Pantrio mobile app and the web pages at ma2k.com.tr/Pantrio. The service provider is MA2K Labs. For privacy requests, contact info@ma2k.com.tr.
2. Data Pantrio may process
Camera images
When you photograph a refrigerator or food, the image may be processed to identify ingredients and prepare recipe suggestions. Camera access is used only with your permission and when you start the feature.
Barcode and product information
A scanned barcode number may be processed to identify a product and add it to your ingredient list. Barcode data is not used by itself to identify you.
Preferences and recipe interactions
Selected ingredients, dietary preferences, saved recipes, and similar in-app choices may be stored to personalize your experience.
Account and technical information
If the app offers account features, an email address and profile information may be processed. Device type, app version, and limited diagnostic records may also be processed for security, troubleshooting, and service quality.
3. Purposes of processing
- Recognize food in photos and scanned products;
- Provide recipe suggestions based on available ingredients;
- Manage saved preferences and recipe lists;
- Provide security, abuse prevention, and technical support;
- Meet legal obligations.
4. Third-party services
Third-party providers may be used for image analysis, barcode matching, recipe generation, hosting, error reporting, or notifications. Only the information needed for the relevant function is shared. This policy may be updated if providers change.
Pantrio does not sell personal data or provide it to third parties for advertising profiling. If such processing is introduced, advance notice and any required consent process will apply.
5. Retention, security, and deletion
Data is retained only for as long as necessary for the relevant function, legal obligation, or security requirement. Temporary analysis data is deleted or de-identified as soon as reasonably possible. Use the methods on the Data Deletion page to request deletion of an account and associated data.
6. Your rights and contact
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or ask to restrict or object to processing. Send requests from your registered email address to info@ma2k.com.tr.
7. Children’s privacy
Pantrio is not intended to knowingly collect personal data from children without the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Contact us if you believe this has occurred.
8. Updates
This policy may be updated when features, service providers, or laws change. The current effective date appears at the top of this page.
