Pantrio is an assistant that provides recipe ideas based on photos, barcodes, and ingredients entered by the user. Results may be generated using automated systems and third-party data sources and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
2. Recipes, allergens, and food safety
Recognition of a product in a photo or barcode record does not mean that the product is safe or suitable for consumption. Seek professional advice regarding allergies, intolerances, special diets, or health conditions.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
If account features are offered, you are responsible for providing accurate information and protecting your account. The service must not be used to produce unlawful content, overload systems, reverse engineer the software, or violate the rights of others.
4. Third-party services
Third-party services may be used for product information, image analysis, recipe generation, or infrastructure. Their availability and results may be outside Pantrio’s direct control.
5. Intellectual property
The Pantrio name, design, software, and original content belong to their respective rights holders. You receive only a limited, non-transferable right to use the service for personal, lawful purposes.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, MA2K Labs is not responsible for indirect losses arising from recipe results, incorrect recognition, third-party outages, or a user’s failure to perform food-safety checks.
7. Changes and termination
Features and these terms may be updated from time to time. Access may be restricted for serious or repeated violations. If you have an account, you may request its closure through the Data Deletion page.
